Dostal
Broker/Owner
Skip Dostal has been involved in the customer service industry since
1986.
He has been involved in Real Estate on Martha's Vineyard Island
for over 13 years with 10 years experience as a Real Estate Rental
Manager. He acquired his Real Estate Broker's license in the year
2000.
Skip graduated from Frostburg State University in 1986, where he
received
his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He was an
active member of a local fraternity and lettered in varsity soccer
for four years receiving the MVP award his freshman year.
Skip has lived on the Island for the past 16 years and resides in
Vineyard Haven with his wife Susan and their three children; Lauren,
Kyle and Julia. Skip enjoys construction and renovation projects
as well as many outdoors activities including; fishing, scalloping,
boating and hiking.
Skip is very detail oriented and tries to find the perfect house
for each customer. Skip recently joined Joan Dunayer as co-owner
of Martha's Vineyard Home Rentals. Together they bring over 30 years
of Real Estate sales and rental experience.

Dunayer

Joan Dunayer is an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker
and Rental Agent. She has been in the real estate business for 18
years.
Joan has lived on the Island for 26 years and resides in Edgartown.
She is the mother of four children, all of whom graduated from the
Edgartown School and the MV Regional High School. All of Joan's
children have gone on to higher education in prestigious colleges.
She also has one grandchild.
Joan graduated from Elms College with a BA degree and continued
on to the University of Connecticut where she received her MA degree
in American History. She taught in the Martha's Vineyard school
system for five years.
Joan has worked as a rental manager and sales associate for over
15 years. In 2001, she purchased Martha's Vineyard Home Rentals
and is co-owner with Skip Dostal. Together they bring over 30 years
of Real Estate sales and rental experience.
